Creating a Hunger Free India

Fight Hunger Foundation is a not-for profit Indian organisation that promotes community based approaches for the management of acute malnutrition and works towards prevention, detection and treatment of malnutrition.

An Integrated Approach

Fight Hunger Foundation works towards prevention, detection and treatment of under nutrition. The Foundation tackles the root causes of malnutrition and its effects, focusing on both crisis handling, as well as sustainability after the crisis is averted. This is done by integrating programmes locally and nationally, promoting a community based approach, and supporting training and scientific research.

Fight Hunger Foundation is a partner of ACF International, the organisation leading the war against hunger worldwide. ACF International helps more than 7 million people in over 45 countries

Along with its partners, Fight Hunger Foundation is operational in Maharashtra and will soon extend its activities to Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.

Let us work to ensure that the God of Bread resides in every home and hut.”
